Pure + Brietta

A couple of weeks ago, I went on a mini adventure to Hollywood for a makeup and shoe shopping outing. I know you just got giddy with excitement right? Makeup AND shoes....what a perfect combination for a girl's day shopping trip! I thought so too! Strolling down Sunset in my comfy Brietta flats, I strolled into 100% Pure for some makeunder magic.



I had been wanting to make a trip to 100% Pure Cosmetics in Hollywood for quite some time to try their chemical-free products in person seeing as some of my family members as well as friends are gluten-free and I try to be as much as possible. 100% Pure products are truly 100% Pure which means they do not use synthetic chemicals, chemical preservatives, artificial fragrances, artificial colors, harsh detergents or any other unhealthy toxins.

I was greeted by Virginia as I walked into the boutique smelling of sweet lavender and eucalyptus. Virginia helped me test so many yummy scrubs, washes, creams, and cosmetics. She was also very knowledgeable about each product and sharing her recommendations in switching over to a makeup that is, for most, safer to use. What a concept right?

Now don't get me wrong, I've been a heavy makeup user for years and years, from top of the line department store brands to drug store brands. I feel like I've tried them all! I was so surprised in the coverage and glow every product left on my skin! After wearing it for over two weeks now, I am still in awe how it stays, feels wonderful all day long, and to top it all off, it's made without unhealthy toxins!
